Refunds & Returns Policy
I want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t acceptable, I want the chance to make it right.
Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
- Returns must be initiated within SEVEN days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a mistake on my end. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance—I can’t guarantee receipt of your return without it.
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected]. We’ll guide you through the process and provide the appropriate return instructions. Exceptions to this policy are considered on a case-by-case basis. Basically, if you act in good faith, I do too. Call me old-fashioned.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Digital downloads
- Clearance or final sale items
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
- eBooks
Please note: if you order a customized item, prior to beginning the actual item I will send you a proof. I do require you to view the emailed proof, then either accept it or decline it. If declined, please let me know what’s wrong so I can send an updated one with the fixed part. But I will not begin until the proof is accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days according to Stripe.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item sent).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
