The Biden Cover-Up: A Nation Lied To
In the twilight of his presidency, it appears the American people may not have had a president at all — at least, not in the way our Constitution intends.
What began as whispers of confusion during press conferences and gaffes on the international stage has now become a thunderclap heard around the world: Former President Joe Biden, the 46th President of the United States, may have been mentally and physically unfit to carry out the duties of his office for much of his term — and those closest to him allegedly knew. Rather than invoking the 25th Amendment, as is their constitutional duty when a president is incapacitated, they may have chosen to cover it up. Poorly.
Now, investigators — including a Special Counsel assigned to determine the scope of Biden’s cognitive decline — are finally pulling back the curtain and revealing all the stuff we said for years.
What We Know So Far
- The Special Counsel’s Report:
- Appointed to investigate Biden’s mishandling of classified documents, Special Counsel Robert Hur made headlines when he openly described Biden as an “elderly man with a poor memory,” citing repeated memory lapses — including forgetting when he was vice president and when his own son died.
- Though Hur did not recommend criminal charges, the implication was stunning: The President of the United States was not mentally competent to stand trial — and by extension, possibly not competent to lead the free world.
- Cabinet and Staff Complicity:
- Reports have emerged that top aides, including members of the First Lady’s staff, were acting as decision-makers. The term “shadow presidency” no longer sounds like political fiction — it is now being whispered in the halls of Washington with fear and fury.
- The press, for their part, appear to have aided the cover-up, ignoring signs of decline or blaming it on “stuttering,” even when clear signs of dementia were apparent to anyone who’s watched a loved one suffer the same fate.
- Jake Tapper is being hailed as a truthteller: but in reality, he was just as involved in the scandal as any other activist journalist.
- Tapper and his cohorts– or, more affectionately known as ‘co-conspirators’– brutally & savagely gaslit anyone who dared to question the political machine.
- Psychological warfare on dissenters & truth-seekers.
- The Pardons Scandal:
- Allegedly, Biden signed off on a wave of presidential pardons, some of which are now under scrutiny — not because of who was pardoned, but whether the man who signed them was mentally present to understand what he was doing.
- Legal scholars are now debating whether pardons issued by an incapacitated president are valid — a constitutional question with no precedent.
Why This Matters More Than Watergate
Watergate was about illegal surveillance and the abuse of presidential power — a crime committed by a president.
This scandal is about the erasure of the presidency itself. If President Biden was unable to serve, and if his inner circle kept him in office to maintain their own grip on power, it means we did not have a functioning president for months — possibly years. That’s not just deception. That’s systemic fraud against the American voter. A constitutional betrayal.
And let’s be honest: there are whispers of elder abuse, too.
What Happens Next?
- Will Pardons Be Reversed?
If Biden was not of sound mind, future legal challenges may ask courts to invalidate his executive decisions — from pardons to policy memos. The fallout could reach deep into the Justice Department. - Who’s Really in Trouble?
It may not be Joe Biden who faces the greatest consequences. The real targets could be his Chief of Staff, the First Lady’s advisors, cabinet secretaries, and even Vice President Kamala Harris — if they participated in or ignored clear signs of incapacitation. - Impeachment… in Reverse?
While impeachment is typically for sitting officials, some are already asking whether removal from office is enough if a crime was committed by omission — by failing to act when duty required it. - Treason– Probably not. Then again, could you call this a coup d’état? The question is perfectly valid, in at least two separate hypotheticals.
The Global Fallout
The world watched President Biden stumble, whisper, lose his place, and wander. They watched when he froze up onstage, when he shook hands with invisible people, when world leaders tried to guide him like a child.
And now they know what we were never supposed to: that wasn’t just age. It was a deliberate, covered-up decline. A weakened president at the helm of a superpower doesn’t just hurt America — it hurts the global confidence in democratic leadership itself.
Call to Action: We Must Know the Truth
If this is what it looks like — if the nation was ruled by proxy while the President drifted in and out of lucidity — we deserve to know who was really in charge.
And more importantly: We deserve to ensure it never happens again.
The Special Counsel’s findings must be released in full. Every cabinet member must be subpoenaed. The First Lady, the Chief of Staff, and top aides must be questioned. And Congress must consider constitutional reforms that prevent a similar betrayal in the future — perhaps a mandatory public fitness exam for all presidents past age 75.
Because this isn’t about party. It’s about truth, dignity, and the preservation of a functioning Republic. And while it may already be too late to punish those involved in the scandal, it is not too late to make sure the world knows the details. As much as I want to include my own opinion here, I am going to keep it to myself until the true extent is known. This website is called RightSidedTruth because I am a conservative-leaning person: but facts don’t lean in any direction: facts are facts. Their presentation is how it is discerned. Buckle up, folks.. this is going to be talked about for the rest of our lives! Just the implications are enough to run me crazy. I am predicting a Constitutional Amendment in the near future about this. Thoughts?
